Starting our journey in Paris left a picture of such grandeur that anything later in the trip would undoubtedly pale in comparison to such elegance. However, we found that each town and country we subsequently visited compounded upon that original awe. 

 

  Traveling from Paris to Beaune we experienced the difference between large and small town French life and the enjoyable natures of each.
